We have been a Pet Care Club customer for 6 months now and are so happy with the service. Our dog is high energy and still working on leash skills, but all of the dog walkers we’ve had are so kind, loving, and patient with him. We love that the quality of care is consistent – and if there’s ever an issue with a dog walker’s schedule – they will figure out a replacement walker (not me trying to scramble last minute)! They provide a pet care journal after every visit which includes the best recap and photos of the walk – and I always look forward to seeing them. Highly recommend!!

I was pretty skeptical about having somebody I didn’t know come take care of our fur babies while we were out of town for two weeks, but that skepticism quickly diminished after the first meet and greet with our sitter.
Our 5 month old kitties were well taken care of, and the daily updates and pictures we received throughout the duration of our trip was so reassuring. I trust their sitters completely, and continue to use them. This company is honestly a life saver, and much safer, in my opinion, than some of the other pet sitting companies out there.
